Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Poké. By signing in you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who we are
Poké is an app for Pokémon TCG collectors: a card catalog, a collection tracker and a way to find other collectors to trade with. It is operated by Andrei Dudar, Cyprus ("we", "us"). You can reach us at poke@poke.cy.
2. Who can use Poké
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, use the trading features only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian, and never meet another collector alone.
3. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your device and your Google account secure. One account is for one person. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account; deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
4. What Poké does, and what it does not do
Poké shows you which cards other collectors have marked for trade, lets you signal that you want one, and shows the contact details a collector chose to share. Everything after that happens between you and the other person, outside the app.
- We are not a party to any trade, sale or agreement between users.
- We do not handle payments, shipping or cards.
- We do not verify users, and we do not check that a card exists or is genuine, or what condition it is in or what it is worth.
- We do not resolve disputes between users.
You trade at your own risk. Meet in a public place, check the cards before you hand yours over, and walk away if something feels wrong.
5. What you share
Your display name, username, picture, country, the contact details you add, the cards you mark for trade, the cards you are chasing and the interest you show in other people's cards are visible to other signed-in collectors. You can hide your chases in Profile. How many copies you own and the rest of your collection stay private.
You keep the rights to what you share. You give us permission to store it and show it to other users as needed to run the app. You are responsible for what you share, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.
6. Community rules
There is no tolerance on Poké for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to:
- post anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent or illegal, in a name, a contact field, a note or anywhere else;
- harass, stalk, threaten or deceive another collector, in the app or after contacting them through it;
- list cards you do not have, misdescribe a card, or offer counterfeit cards as genuine;
- pretend to be someone else or create accounts to get around a block or a suspension;
- use another collector's contact details for anything other than arranging a trade with them;
- spam, advertise unrelated goods or services, or collect other users' data in bulk;
- disrupt the app, bypass its security or access it by automated means we have not approved.
7. Reporting, blocking and enforcement
You can report a user and block a user from their profile. When you block someone, neither of you sees the other's cards, interest or profile.
We review reports within 24 hours. If a report is justified, we remove the content and remove the user who posted it from the trading features, or close their account. We may act without notice where that is needed to protect other users. Reports are private: the person you report is not told who reported them.
8. Trade records
A collector can mark a trade as completed and name the other person and the cards involved. The record is shown to both of you and may show that you have traded with each other before. It is one user's statement, not a confirmation by us that a trade happened or was fair.
9. Pokémon and other third-party rights
Poké is an independent, unofficial app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo. Card images, card names and card data belong to their respective owners and are shown so that you can identify and manage your cards.
Card data and images come from third-party sources and can be incomplete or wrong. Any prices or market information shown in the app are for information only; they are not an offer, a valuation or financial advice.
10. Using the app
We give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use Poké for collecting and trading cards. You may not copy, resell or rent the app, or extract its catalog or other users' data.
11. Changes and availability
Poké is free and provided as it is. We may change, pause or remove features, and we do not promise that the app will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose; Profile → Export gives you a copy of your collection.
12. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trades or other dealings between users, for the conduct of any user, for lost data, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using Poké and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. When an account is closed, its profile, collection, listings and interest are removed; records of completed trades held by other users keep the fact of the trade without your name.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using Poké after that, you accept the new terms.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country and may bring a claim in its courts.
16. If you got the app from Apple's App Store
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store's own terms.
